Terms of Service and Software License

These Terms form an agreement between you and Hangzhou Baoluo Technology Co., Ltd. regarding dcmburner.com, trial and license services, and DcmBurner software. By downloading, purchasing, activating, or using DcmBurner, you agree to these Terms.

If you act for a hospital, clinic, company, public body, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not download, activate, or use the software.

You may use the website and related services only for lawful business and evaluation purposes. Information you submit must be accurate and you must not interfere with the website, bypass security or trial controls, submit malicious code, or use automated methods that unreasonably burden the service.

The DcmBurner trial is provided for evaluation. Unless we state otherwise in writing, a trial license is valid for 15 days from activation and each machine code may receive one active trial license.

Trial availability, functionality, and duration may be limited or changed to prevent abuse. A trial is not a promise that every PACS, writer, publisher, viewer, operating environment, or workflow will be compatible; test your intended configuration before purchasing or clinical deployment.

After full payment and delivery of a valid authorization code, we grant the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and use DcmBurner on one authorized computer for each license purchased, subject to these Terms.

A license is bound to the computer machine code used for activation. Licenses cannot be migrated or transferred to another computer, and replacing or materially changing the computer may require a new license unless we agree otherwise in writing. Keep authorization codes and license records secure.

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown during checkout. Purchases are completed through 2Checkout, a Verifone company, which acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller and applies its shopper terms.

After payment confirmation, authorization codes are normally delivered electronically to the purchase email. You are responsible for supplying a valid email address and checking spam or security filters. Contact support if delivery does not arrive.

Our published refund policy provides a 30-day refund period. A completed refund may end the associated software entitlement and authorization codes. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Each new license includes one year of software updates and email support from the purchase date. The perpetual license remains valid for the authorized version after that period, but access to later updates or extended support may require renewed maintenance or another written arrangement.

Support scope, response times, remote-assistance availability, and compatibility work may depend on the issue, system access, third-party products, and an active maintenance period.

Except where applicable law expressly allows it, you must not copy DcmBurner beyond reasonable backup needs, share an authorization code, use one license on multiple computers, sublicense, rent, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent licensing controls, remove proprietary notices, or use the software to provide an unauthorized competing product.

You may not use the software or services in violation of export controls, sanctions, privacy, healthcare, intellectual-property, or other applicable laws.

You are responsible for configuring and validating DcmBurner for your environment, checking generated media before distribution, maintaining appropriate source-system records and backups, controlling access, and selecting suitable encryption and password procedures.

You must have the authority and safeguards required to process patient information and create or distribute patient media. Do not submit DICOM studies or protected health information through our public website forms or ordinary support email unless we have first agreed on an appropriate secure process.

DcmBurner is a media and workflow tool. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, clinical judgment, your PACS or designated medical record, or independent quality-control procedures.

DcmBurner may interoperate with PACS systems, CD/DVD writers, Epson Discproducer hardware and TD Bridge, USB devices, bundled or third-party viewers, and other products. Third-party hardware, licenses, drivers, services, and support are obtained separately unless an order expressly says otherwise.

We do not control third-party products and cannot guarantee their continued availability or compatibility. Their own terms apply.

DcmBurner, the website, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property remain owned by Hangzhou Baoluo Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors. These Terms grant a right to use the software; they do not transfer ownership.

If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve DcmBurner without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

We aim to keep the website, download, activation, and support services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security issues, network failures, and third-party outages may affect availability.

To the extent permitted by law, the website, trial, and software are provided as available, and implied warranties are excluded. Any express warranty or service commitment must be stated in your order or a written agreement signed by us. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the website or software. These exclusions do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable matters.

You remain responsible for backups, validation, access control, patient-data handling, and clinical or operational decisions made using generated media.

We may suspend website, trial, update, support, or license services where reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, unlawful use, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms. If a breach can be corrected, we may provide a reasonable opportunity to do so.

Sections concerning ownership, payment records, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions intended to survive will continue after termination.

Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.

Before filing a claim, please contact [email protected] and provide enough information for us to try to resolve the matter.

We may update these Terms for future use when products, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights already granted under a completed purchase except where required by law or agreed with you.
